Accounts Assistant

-Process accounts and incoming payments from tenants. -Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data -Prepare receipts, invoices, and bank deposits. -Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted -Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status. -Working experience as Accounts Receivables or accountant in UAE is preferred -Solid understanding of basic accounting principles -Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records -Proficiency in Ms office -Customer service oriented and excellent negotiation skills -Accuracy and attention to details -BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration -Immediate joiners are preferred from UAE only
