Accountant

• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) activities and customer account management. • Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on time. • Perform daily accounting data entry and maintain financial records. • Record invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting transactions. • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and maintain payment records. • Assist with bank and customer account reconciliations. • Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. • Verify accounting documents for accuracy and completeness. • Assist the finance team with monthly closing activities. • Prepare basic reports and statements related to receivables and invoicing. • Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and payment-related queries. • Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned. • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, or a similar accounting role. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles. • Experience in data entry and maintaining accounting records. • Good attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and follow-up skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of accounting software/ERP systems is an advantage. • UAE experience is preferred.
