AI Facilitator

At Biz Group, we don t just answer the question we build the solution in the room. Our hands-on AI Labs take people from fear, to curiosity, to building the agent they will use when they sit down for work the next day. Our leadership programmes then help managers lead the change and teams where people and AI work side by side. Demand for this work is growing fast across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and we re growing our facilitation team to meet it. THE ROLE You ll deliver our AI Accelerator programmes, from interactive keynotes to full-day agent-building labs, alongside leadership development programmes such as Supermanager. One day you might be helping a nervous beginner build their first Copilot agent. The next, you ll be guiding a leadership team through how to lead a complex change programme. WHAT YOU LL DO Lead hands-on labs in Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, where people deconstruct their work, identify the right AI tool to solve the right problem, and then develop the practical skill of building Agents that includes prompt & context engineering, connectors, Agent Orchestration and Workflows. Flex to ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude when a client s environment calls for it Teach Biz Group s own AI frameworks, so participants leave with something they ve built, not just something they ve seen Troubleshoot live when licences fail, platforms change or someone gets stuck, and keep the whole room moving Facilitate leadership and management programmes on leading in the age of AI, coaching, delegation, performance and leading through change Work with our Instructional Design team to turn new AI developments into practical learning content Help upskill our associate facilitators on AI tools and our lab modules Partner with our Solutions team so every session is tailored to the client Desirable: Arabic (a strong advantage) GCC delivery experience Facilitation, coaching or psychometric accreditation Microsoft AI certifications WHY BIZ GROUP Work at the forefront of AI adoption in the region, with real clients and real impact Deliver programmes built on our own IP and frameworks Full accreditation on our AI Labs and Supermanager A close-knit, high-energy team that genuinely supports each other s growth HOW TO APPLY Email [email protected] by 15 November 2026, with the subject line AI Facilitator [Your Name] , and include three things: 1. A short note (half a page is plenty) on your facilitation experience: the audiences and seniority levels you ve worked with, the topics and programmes you ve delivered, the formats (keynotes, workshops, multi-day, virtual), typical group sizes, and where in the region you ve delivered. A link to a clip of you facilitating is a bonus. Applications without the recording won t be able to progress, so please make sure it s included. You don t just know about new tools, you ve tried them. Willingness to travel regularly across the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia
