Administrative and Sports Manager

• Oversee daily administrative and operational activities related to sports events and competitions. • Plan, organize, and manage sports events, tournaments, and competitions from preparation to execution. • Develop and manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation. • Coordinate with sports federations, clubs, sponsors, partners, and relevant authorities. • Manage event schedules, venues, logistics, and operational requirements. • Supervise event staff and organizing teams to ensure smooth and professional execution. • Ensure compliance with event regulations, safety standards, and organizational procedures. • Prepare operational reports and evaluate event performance to identify areas for improvement. • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sports event management, administration, or operations. • Proven experience in planning, organizing, and managing sports events and tournaments. • Strong knowledge of budget management, financial planning, and resource allocation. • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and organizational skills. • Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple events, and meet deadlines. • Experience coordinating with sports federations, clubs, sponsors, and relevant authorities.
