Accounts Executive

• Manage daily sales, purchase, and inventory transactions. • Maintain accurate accounting and stock records. • Identify stock shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. • Monitor and reconcile sales, purchase, and inventory data. • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth accounting and inventory operations. • Assist with import and export documentation and related transactions. • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through ERP systems. • Identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements. Desired Skills: • Graduate or Postgraduate with 24 years of relevant experience. • Experience in accounting, sales, purchase, and inventory management. • Good knowledge of import and export procedures. • Proficiency in ERP or accounting software. • Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and data reconciliation. • Ability to identify errors and resolve discrepancies. • Knowledge of diamonds and the diamond industry is essential. • Good communication and coordination skills.
