3D Designer

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Designer specializing in both Interior and Exterior Design. The candidate should be capable of developing realistic 3D visualizations, preparing design concepts, and producing high-quality renders for residential, commercial, and architectural projects. • Key Responsibilities • Develop detailed 3D models and realistic visualizations for interior and exterior spaces. • Create 3D concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. • Prepare interior layouts, furniture arrangements, and space-planning concepts. • Design exterior elevations, façades, landscaping, and building surroundings. • Produce high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation materials. • Select suitable materials, textures, lighting, colors, and finishes. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to understand design requirements. • Revise designs based on client feedback and project specifications. • Ensure designs meet project requirements, quality standards, and timelines. • Prepare design drawings and presentations for client approval.. • Requirements & Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, or a related field. • 3–5 years of relevant experience in 3D Interior and Exterior Design. • Strong portfolio showcasing both interior and exterior projects. • Excellent knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization. • Ability to understand architectural drawings and technical specifications. • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visualization skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
