Yard Fabrication Superintendent

• Oversee day-to-day operation of yard facilities, buildings, infrastructure and equipment’s • Ensure yard boundaries, access roads, drainage, lighting, fencing, and signage are maintained • Maintain drawings, manuals, inspection reports, and certifications • Prepare work plans and develop temporary facilities for the project; • Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards are maintained • Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per CMMS • Ensure timely repair of yard equipment, utilities, and fixed assets; • Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, asset records and submit monthly report; • Monitor equipment condition and recommend replacements or upgrades; • Enforce safety policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems; • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations (waste, spills, emissions, noise, etc.); • Investigate incidents and implement corrective action; • Supervise maintenance technicians, yard staff, and contractors, train staff on safe work practices, equipment use, and procedures; • Support internal and external audits; • Generate requisitions for purchases, inspection, services, etc • Minimum 10 years of having worked in Fabrication and Engineering industry, preferably with Fabrication Yard exposure • Engineering background is essential • Middle East experience would be an added advantage • Degree/Diploma in an Engineering field or equivalent • Familiar with Plant Maintenance System or equivalent Strong interpersonal and communication skills
