Key Responsibilities • Maintenance & Operations: Direct the upkeep of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Manage preventative maintenance schedules and building repairs. • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards, government regulations, and security protocols. • Staff & Vendor Management: Supervise facilities, maintenance, and cleaning personnel. Coordinate and evaluate external contractors and service providers. • Budget & Project Oversight: Monitor operational budgets and assist with capital improvement or renovation projects. Department: Manufacturing Industry: Aerospace / Automotive / Industrial Manufacturing Experience: 2–5 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Candidate preference: Currently Residing in the UAE Job Summary The Facilities & Maintenance Manager will oversee building operations, maintenance programs, and physical infrastructure to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment within a manufacturing facility. The role involves coordinating maintenance activities, supervising staff, managing vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable health and safety regulations. Qualifications & Skills • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. • Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance and industrial facility operations. • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial facilities is preferred. • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. • Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices, workplace safety standards, and vendor management. • Strong problem-solving, coordination, project management, and budget-monitoring skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
