Facility Management Coordinator

Operations & Maintenance • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. • Monitor and close maintenance work orders within SLA. • Conduct facility inspections and follow up on corrective actions. Vendor & Contract Management • Coordinate FM vendors and contractors. • Obtain quotations and track AMCs and renewals. • Monitor vendor performance and service quality. Compliance & HSE • Support compliance with Civil Defence, Municipality, SIRA and other regulations. • Maintain permits, certificates, and audit records. Administration & Reporting • Maintain asset registers and maintenance records. • Prepare monthly KPI and maintenance reports. • Process purchase requests and invoices. Budgeting & Cost Control • Monitor maintenance expenditures and budget utilization. • Verify contractor invoices and identify cost-saving opportunities. Stakeholder Coordination • Liaise with operations, procurement, finance, HR, landlords and authorities. • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering or related field. Professional certifications such as IFMA/FMP are preferred • 3-5 years of Facilities Management experience in the UAE, preferably managing multiple sites • Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, Fire & Life Safety Systems, vendor management, budgeting, CAFM systems, communication skills, and Microsoft Office
