Workshop & Technical Training Manager | German Automotive Brand We are seeking an experienced Workshop Operations & Technical Training Manager to oversee workshop performance, provide technical leadership and drive employee development. The role is responsible for improving operational efficiency, repair quality, customer satisfaction and technical capability while ensuring compliance with company and brand standards. The Role • Manage daily workshop operations, including workflow, capacity planning and technician allocation to achieve business targets. • Monitor key workshop KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, utilisation, turnaround time, first-time-fix and customer satisfaction. • Provide technical support and guidance in resolving complex diagnostic and repair cases. • Coach and develop technicians and Workshop Team Leaders to improve technical capability and reduce repeat repairs. • Identify training needs and develop and deliver technical, product and operational training programmes. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency, repair quality and customer experience. • Monitor workshop performance, customer feedback and VOC results, implementing corrective actions where required. • Lead and motivate workshop and technical teams, promoting accountability, teamwork and continuous development. What s on Offer A highly competitive tax free salary and benefits About You • Must have previously achieved Master Technician status, with strong hands-on diagnostic and technical experience • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in automotive aftersales, workshop operations, technical support or training. • Previous experience in workshop management or technical leadership. • Strong technical knowledge of German automotive brands, vehicle systems and advanced diagnostic procedures • Strong leadership, coaching, communication and problem-solving skills. • Customer-focused, commercially aware and results-driven.
