Maintenance Manager-Heavy Equipment & Logistics

Role & responsibilities : Plan, organize, and supervise daily workshop operations and maintenance activities. Lead and manage a workforce of more than 300 employees, including engineers, supervisors, technicians, and support staff. Oversee mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and hydraulic inspection, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work. Allocate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials according to workload and operational priorities. Monitor work progress and ensure jobs are completed on time and in line with quality requirements. Ensure employees follow company procedures, workplace safety rules, and applicable regulations. Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and other departments to meet workshop requirements. Monitor the availability and proper use of workshop tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials. Identify operational issues and implement improvements to productivity, efficiency, and service quality. Prepare and review work schedules, manpower plans, performance updates, and workshop reports. Support employee training and monitor the performance and development of supervisors and technical staff. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related engineering field. At least 20 years of relevant experience in workshop, maintenance, or engineering operations. Proven experience managing a large workforce of 300 or more employees. Strong background in hydraulic systems and mechanical workshop activities, with knowledge of electrical and instrumentation work. Age: 35 years and above. Required Skills
