Proven experience in hospitality, service delivery, and people leadership University graduate or equivalent work experience Strong track record in project management, budget ownership, and business operations Excellent English verbal and written A transformational, change-ready leader who coaches early, praises often, and manages underperformance with care Outstanding interpersonal skills and the confidence to be the voice of your team
