• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, commercial, and institutional clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients for wholesale banking products and services.
• Understand client financial requirements and provide suitable banking and financial solutions.
• Promote products and services such as corporate lending, trade finance, cash management, treasury services, and working capital solutions.
• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate and institutional clients.
• Conduct regular client meetings to understand business requirements and strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including credit, risk, operations, and product teams, to deliver effective client solutions.
• Assist in preparing credit proposals, financial analysis, and client presentations.
• Monitor client accounts and portfolio performance to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC requirements, and internal policies.
• Achieve assigned business, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Wholesale Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Relationship Management is preferred.
• Good understanding of corporate banking products, lending, trade finance, and cash management.
• Knowledge of financial statements and credit analysis is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
