• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies and procedures. • Conduct regular compliance reviews and identify potential areas of risk or non-compliance. • Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and documentation. • Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation. • Assist in conducting risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures. • Review business processes to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements. • Investigate compliance-related issues and support the resolution of identified gaps. • Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance policies and procedures. • Conduct compliance awareness and training programs for employees. • Prepare regular compliance reports and updates for management. • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field. • Previous experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance frameworks. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
