Compliance Officer

Elnaggar & Partners is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have UAE compliance experience and strong knowledge of AML/CFT, KYC, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities • Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and internal policies. • Conduct KYC, CDD, EDD, client onboarding, screening, and risk assessments. • Maintain AML/CFT policies, compliance controls, and regulatory records. • Monitor regulatory developments and support compliance reporting. • Assist with audits, investigations, and regulatory filings. • Liaise with regulators, auditors, banks, and external advisors. • Deliver compliance training and promote compliance awareness. • Support corporate governance, data protection, and risk management initiatives. • Track compliance deadlines, renewals, and reporting obligations. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3-6 years of compliance, AML, risk, or regulatory experience in the UAE. • Strong knowledge of UAE AML/CFT regulations, KYC, and sanctions screening. • Professional certifications (ICA, ACAMS, CRCM, or equivalent) are an advantage. • Familiarity with DIFC, ADGM, UAE Mainland, and Free Zone regulations is preferred. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism. • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3-6 years of compliance, AML, risk, or regulatory experience in the UAE. • Strong knowledge of UAE AML/CFT regulations, KYC, and sanctions screening. • Professional certifications (ICA, ACAMS, CRCM, or equivalent) are an advantage. • Familiarity with DIFC, ADGM, UAE Mainland, and Free Zone regulations is preferred. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
