Wheel Loader Operator

• Operate wheel loaders to move, load, and transport materials such as gravel, sand, and dirt safely and efficiently. • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. • Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to execute loading and unloading tasks according to project specifications. • Utilize hand signals and communication devices effectively to coordinate with ground crew and ensure safe operations. • Proven experience operating wheel loaders or similar heavy machinery in construction or mining environments. • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a certification for operating heavy equipment are highly preferred. • 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a wheel loader operator or in related heavy machinery roles.
