Welding Foreman

• Oversee daily welding operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards while managing a diverse team of welders. • Review project blueprints and specifications to determine the necessary welding techniques and equipment needed for successful execution. • Conduct regular inspections of welding work to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality assurance policies. • Train and mentor junior welders, providing guidance on techniques and best practices to enhance their skills and productivity. • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or a related field is highly preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in welding, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or foreman role. • Certified Welder (AWS, ASME, or equivalent certification) indicating proficiency in various welding techniques. • Experience in industries such as construction, manufacturing, or shipbuilding, with a strong understanding of specific welding requirements. Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available, including those on cancelled or visit visas.
