Water Technical Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Water Technical Trainer to deliver technical training programmes, develop learning materials, assess trainee performance, and support the continuous improvement of water and mechanical training standards. This is a full-time position based in Qatar. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline • Training Methodology Certification (Train the Trainer) is required • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, including at least 1 year in training or Learning & Development • Experience in water systems, mechanical equipment, or utility operations is mandatory • Strong knowledge of competency-based training, technical instruction, and performance assessment. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Expertise in delivering technical training programmes and practical learning sessions • Capable of developing lesson plans, training materials, and competency-based learning content • Adept at evaluating trainee performance and supporting certification activities • Experience managing training equipment, workshops, and instructional resources • Proficiency in promoting continuous improvement while maintaining training quality standards • Effective coaching and mentoring with a strong commitment to learner development • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination capabilities
