Training Coordinator - Water

We are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator – Water to coordinate technical training programmes, manage training schedules and records, support trainee assessments, and ensure the efficient delivery of vocational training initiatives. This is a full-time position based in Qatar. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development, Education, or a related discipline • Minimum 3 years of experience in training coordination, learning & development, or training administration • Experience coordinating technical or vocational training programmes is highly preferred • Knowledge of training administration, scheduling, trainee records, and programme coordination • Professional certification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Business Administration is an advantage • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Expertise in coordinating training schedules, assessments, and vocational learning activities • Capable of managing trainee records, programme documentation, and training logistics • Adept at coordinating with trainers, trainees, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless programme delivery • Experience supporting training administration while maintaining quality and compliance standards • Proficiency in preparing training reports, monitoring programme progress, and maintaining accurate documentation • Effective planning, organizational, and stakeholder coordination capabilities • Strong communication, administrative, and problem-solving skills
