Marketing Officer Training

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Training Marketing Officer to promote technical training programmes, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support business development initiatives through effective marketing and communication strategies. This is a full-time position based in Qatar. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, business development, or training promotion • Experience promoting educational, vocational, or professional training programmes is highly preferred • Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement • Experience developing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and communication plans • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Expertise in maintaining training laboratories, workshop equipment, and technical resources • Capable of preparing practical training environments and supporting laboratory activities • Adept at inspecting, calibrating, and maintaining tools and training equipment • Experience managing inventory, consumables, and preventive maintenance schedules • Proficiency in implementing workshop safety procedures and maintaining operational readiness • Effective collaboration with trainers to support practical demonstrations and learner activities • Strong technical troubleshooting, organization, and equipment management skills
