Waiter / Waitress – Food & Beverage Service

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join a well\-established hotel's Food \& Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, ensure smooth service flow during meal periods, and contribute to a positive dining experience for guests. **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and seat guests in a warm and professional manner * Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar * Serve food and drinks promptly, following service standards * Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude * Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area, including table settings * Process bills and handle cash/card payments accurately * Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service * Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times * Upsell menu items where appropriate **Requirements** * Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus) * Well\-groomed, polite, and guest\-focused attitude * Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays * Team player with the ability to multitask under pressure * Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Career growth opportunities within the hotel Work Location: In person
