Server/Waiter

* Greet and escort customers to their tables. * Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer recommendations. * Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen. * Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and efficiently. * Ensure that guests have everything they need during their meal, including refills and special requests. * Handle payments and provide accurate bills to customers. * Address customer complaints or concerns and resolve them effectively. * Keep tables clean and organized throughout the dining experience. * Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods. * Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other waitstaff to ensure smooth service. * Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to.
