Server Administrator

The **Server Administrator** is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization's on\-premises, virtual, and cloud server infrastructure. The role includes administering Microsoft Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 services, virtualization platforms, and cloud technologies to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance. **Key Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Bahraini National. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in enterprise server administration. * Professional certification such as **Microsoft Certified**, **VMware VCP**, **AWS Certified**, **Microsoft Azure Administrator**, or equivalent. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services. * Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID. * Monitor, maintain, and secure server infrastructure. * Troubleshoot server and Microsoft 365 issues. * Implement backups, updates, and performance optimization to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.
