Job Description • Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized, professional service. • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. • Serve food and beverages according to Sofitel brand standards. • Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly set up. • Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily promotions. • Respond promptly to guest requests and handle complaints professionally. • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service. • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. • Upsell menu items and promote hotel outlets to maximize revenue. • Ensure guest satisfaction and deliver an exceptional dining experience.Company Description At Accor, we believe that hospitality is a work of heart.
