UI/UX Architect

Main Role (Overall accountability): We are seeking to recruit a certified and talented UI Expert to continuously conduct a thorough analysis of our channels UI/UX and propose changes in line with global trends and meeting the demand of the customers specifically the Tec savy customers. The focus is on all front-end touch points including Mobile banking apps, Internet Banking, Phygital network and alternative channels like Tablet. The ideal candidate has to have at least 10 years of experience of designing and providing advisory to organizations on the right design approach relevant to the channel. The candidate will have to work with developer and designer to guide them on how to achieve the best user experience. It is important to clarify that this job is not aimed at UI/UX designers rather an advisor who can provide guidance to the designers on the best design approach. Principal Accountabilities: Research and evaluate the digital products UX basics like information architecture and usability testing to content creation and business modeling. o Assist and guide on design research, ensuring usability of the design to customers o AUX consultant assesses and refines digital products to ensure they are user-friendly and meet business objectives. o They conduct in-depth user research, perform usability testing, and analyze data to identify pain points and areas for improvement. o AUX consultant assesses and refines digital products to ensure they are user-friendly and meet business objectives. o They conduct in-depth user research, perform usability testing, and analyze data to identify pain points and areas for improvement. o Provide guidance to the designers to design and maintain high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. o Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to ensure design feasibility. o Create and manage design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Optimize designs for responsiveness and performance across various devices. Stay updated on Ul design trends, tools, and best practices. o Ensure consistency and alignment with branding guidelines. Personnel Specifications: A minimum 15 years of experience advising organizations on the right design approach o Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Design Thinking, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields. Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe D, or similar software. o Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A portfolio showcasing previous Ul projects is required.
