The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing warehousing and storekeeping tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in receiving, storing, and dispatching parts. The role involves leading a team, ensuring that all operations are performed correctly and on time. The Team Leader also focuses on maintaining safety standards, handling customer claim investigations, and reporting discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy. Overall, the role ensures smooth day-to-day operations of Inbound, Outbound, and Internal processes. What You Will Do: General • Perform warehousing and storekeeping tasks such as receiving, identifying, handling, storing, issuing, and delivering a variety of parts in a computerized system. • Ensure all warehouse KPIs are achieved as per the targets. • Act as a team/floor leader and guide team members to perform their tasks correctly. • Process orders and dispatch them on time according to the cut-off timings. • Conduct daily meetings to discuss warehouse issues with the team. • Identify bins that need replenishing and update the system accordingly. • Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues observed. • Lead the team in maintaining workplace cleanliness and adhere to safety standards. • Conduct investigations and submit analysis reports for customer claims. • Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe work environment. Required Skills To Be Successful: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems. • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. What Qualifies You For The Role: • Secondary School Graduate in any discipline. • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar position preferred. • Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications. • Basic understanding of inventory, warehousing, and stocking procedures.
