Treasury Manager

Lead day-to-day treasury operations and the team, with a focus on efficiency, performance and delivering the business strategy on timeOversee all bank accounts and bank reconciliations across the group and its subsidiaries, including credit card and online payment portal reconciliationsPlace surplus liquidity with financial institutions and negotiate better ratesSupport senior management on new and existing financing facilitiesPrepare annual cash flow forecasts on a monthly rolling basisManage the full bank guarantee lifecycle: receipt, release, renewal and claimsBuild and improve treasury policies, procedures and controlsDeliver accurate, timely reporting in line with governance and quality standardsDrive continuous improvement in treasury systems and processes, drawing on international best practice and cost optimisation Treasury and cash management experience at a senior level, ideally within a large corporate or government-related entity in the GCCStrong banking relationships and experience negotiating deposit placements and facilitiesHands-on command of cash forecasting, reconciliations and bank guarantee processesA track record of building policies and improving processes in a multi-entity groupDegree in Finance or Accounting; CFA, CTP, ACCA, CPA or CMA preferred
