Treasury Accountant

• Prepare daily cash position reports and weekly/monthly cash-flow forecasts. • Monitor bank balances across multiple currencies (AED, USD, EUR) and manage fund transfers. • Plan and arrange funds for purchase advances, supplier payments, and shipments. • Ensure timely payment of VAT, Corporate Tax, customs duties, and other statutory liabilities. • Manage relationships with UAE and international banks and negotiate credit facilities, limits, pricing, and bank charges. • Handle bank account opening, KYC renewals, mandate updates, and annual facility reviews. • Monitor compliance with banking facility covenants and ensure timely submission of financial statements. • Arrange and manage Letters of Credit (LCs), CAD/DP collections, bank guarantees, and Standby Letters of Credit (SBLCs). • Review LC terms against sales contracts and verify shipping documents for discrepancies. • Track advance receipts, CAD realisations, and bill discounting. • Follow up with buyers and banks on overdue receivables and pending collections. • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure the timely preparation and submission of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BL), invoices, Certificates of Origin (COO), and inspection certificates. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field. • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, and Trade Finance. • Experience in metal trading, manufacturing, or commodity trading is preferred. • Strong knowledge of cash-flow forecasting, liquidity management, and multi-currency banking. • Hands-on experience managing Letters of Credit (LCs), CAD/DP collections,
