Transactions & Treasury Director / Senior Manager

What the job involves • Managing banking relationships, deposits and cash flow forecasting • Securing funding and maintaining liquidity across the group • Acting as finance lead on new investments and deal structuring • Supporting portfolio companies, including valuations and exits • Overseeing new company and investment platform set-ups • Working closely with the CFO and supporting board committees Who we are looking for • Qualified accountant (ICAEW, ACCA or CIMA) with a finance or accounting degree • Senior-level experience, including Big 4 audit • Strong background in transactions, M&A, tax and budgeting • Sound knowledge of IFRS, tax planning and corporate structures • Experience managing a small team and advising senior management • Highly analytical, with strong communication and presentation skills
