Accountant

* Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks. * Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions. * Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payables, receivables and purchase orders. * Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them. * Manage payroll activities and release salaries. * Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors. * Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank. * Create daily reports for management and team members. • Manage all accounting transactions • Prepare budget forecasts • Publish financial statements in time. • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable • Ensure timely bank payments. • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity • Audit financial transactions and documents • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. • Comply with financial policies and regulations Expectations from the candidate – Candidate should know the details which I mentioned here, and the age should not be above 40 Years, He should work with us with our GOAL, He must be flexible to work at any time, he should join with us as a family member, he should not breach the company protocols, he should not do politics in the company.
