Tool Pusher Night Saudi

Responsibilities • Supervise all night-shift rig activities and personnel. • Ensure effective handover from the day shift and continuity of the approved operational program. • Monitor well-control parameters and ensure compliance with operating procedures. • Conduct toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and shift safety inspections. • Coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance, and third-party service support. • Record operational progress, downtime, incidents, and outstanding actions. • Escalate critical operational, equipment, or safety issues to the Rig Manager. • • • Minimum High School qualification. • Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling and work over operations with a demonstrated progression of relevant assignments or prior experience in Saudi Aramco projects as a Tool Pusher. • Proven experience as a Night Toolpusher or Toolpusher. • Strong experience in onshore drilling and workover operations. • Both onshore and offshore experience required, as specified by the client. • Ability to manage rig crews independently during night operations. • First Aid certification. • CPR certification. • H S certification. • Fluent in English, both spoken and written. • Experience with onshore truck-mounted jack rigs with 750 HP capacity is strongly preferred. •
