Tender Manager

• Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of technical and commercial tenders. • Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract conditions. • Manage estimators, planners, engineers, and proposal teams during bid preparation. • Develop bid strategies, pricing, and project execution methodologies. • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and JV partners to obtain competitive quotations. • Identify commercial, contractual, and technical risks and recommend mitigation measures. • Participate in tender clarifications, negotiations, and client presentations. • Maintain tender schedules and ensure timely submission of high-quality bids. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. • Strong knowledge of marine construction methods and FIDIC contracts. • Proficient in cost estimation, tendering, and commercial management. • GCC/UAE marine contracting experience preferred. Skills • Leadership and team management. • Strong commercial and contractual acumen. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines. Tender Manager – Marine Works Experience: Minimum 15 years in construction tendering, including at least 10 years in marine projects such as dredging, reclamation, breakwaters, ports, jetties, quay walls, and coastal protection works.
