Project Manager (Marine)

• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, schedules, and budgets for marine infrastructure works. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery. • Monitor progress against KPIs, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. • Maintain strong relationships with Abu Dhabi Ports, regulatory bodies, and other key stakeholders. • Prepare and present regular status reports, financial updates, and performance dashboards to senior management. • Control change orders, variations, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead procurement activities, including tendering, evaluation, and award of marine contracts. • Facilitate effective communication and issue resolution across all project parties. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned documentation for future projects. • Bachelor s degree in Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field; Master s preferred. • Minimum 15+ years of experience managing large scale marine infrastructure projects, preferably for ports or terminals. • Proven track record delivering projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. • Strong knowledge of marine construction methods, dredging, quay wall, and offshore works. • Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable. • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); Arabic is an advantage. • Ability to lead multicultural teams and work in a fast paced environment. • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office suite. • Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
