Temporary Fashion Showroom Assistant

We are looking for a professional, well-presented fashion showroom assistant to support a clothing brand during buyer meetings at a luxury hotel showroom. This is a short-term, high-responsibility role in a premium environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist with stall/showroom setup and breakdown • Organize garments, samples, and displays • Support during buyer meetings (note-taking, coordination) • Handle steaming, tagging, and garment care • Assist with sales support and order coordination • Maintain a polished, professional showroom experience • Prior experience in fashion showrooms, exhibitions, retail, or buyer meetings • Comfortable handling clothing and samples • Confident, articulate, and professional demeanour • Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented • Experience working in hotels or luxury venues is a plus • Fluent English required (additional languages a bonus)
