Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. • Explain visa and immigration services to potential clients. • Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries. • Schedule appointments and consultations for immigration advisors. • Maintain accurate client records and follow-up details in the CRM system. • Provide information regarding visa requirements, documentation, eligibility, and processing timelines. • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets. • Coordinate with the visa processing team for client updates. • Resolve client queries and provide excellent customer service. Requirements • Nepali national and Indian (MALAYALI Only) - Female • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in visa processing (immigration consultancy Is a Plus. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of immigration programs, visit visas, work permits, PR processes, and documentation. • Ability to convince and handle clients professionally. • Basic computer and CRM knowledge. • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. • Target-oriented and self-motivated. Preferred Skills • Sales and negotiation skills. • Customer handling and follow-up expertise. • Multitasking and time management abilities. • Knowledge of UAE immigration consultancy market is preferred. Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills. • Target-driven and self-motivated personality. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Team management experience is a plus.
