Telesales Representative (Female Candidate)

Insparrow Media and Technologies is seeking an energetic, articulate, and goal\-oriented female Telemarketer to join our business development team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our Advertising, Printing, Branding, web development services. Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our sales executives. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct outbound cold and warm calls to potential business clients to introduce company services. * Identify prospective client needs and explain how our digital, print, and barnding solutions can add value. * Schedule qualified sales appointments and presentations for the business development team. * Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact details, call logs, and follow\-up notes. * Follow up on sales leads generated from marketing campaigns and general inquiries. * Build strong, professional relationships with prospective decision\-makers. * Meet or exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) for call volume and appointments booked. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Experience:** Proven experience as a Telemarketer, Telesales Representative, or Customer Service agent is a plus. * **Communication:** Excellent verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills in English. * **Tech Literacy:** Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and basic digital marketing tools. * **Skills:** Strong persuasion skills, confidence over the phone, and ability to handle objections gracefully. * **Resilience:** Highly self\-motivated, target\-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast\-paced environment.
