Banking Telesales Advisor

We are seeking a motivated Banking Telesales Advisor to promote and sell banking products and services, generate qualified sales opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with bank policies. This is a full-time position based in Qatar. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification • Experience in banking telesales, banking sales, or financial services sales is required • GCC banking experience is highly preferred • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationships • Knowledge of banking products, sales processes, and CRM systems • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage SKILLS & COMPETENCIES • Expertise in telesales, lead generation, and customer relationship management • Capable of identifying customer needs and recommending suitable banking products and services • Adept at handling objections, negotiating effectively, and converting leads into successful sales • Experience maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems • Proficiency in achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements • Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to support application processing and customer service • Strong resilience, time management, and results-oriented mindset .
