Telesales Executive

Telesales Representative Need to have the following attributes to be effective on the job: • Outbound with UAE cold calling experience • Expert in Leads Generation • Experienced in Appointment setting • Expertise in sourcing online database • Sales driven person and goal oriented • Excellent communication skills and strong telephone mannerisms • Proven track record in a sales environment • Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting • Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues • Friendly personality and team player • Researching Database Online and Search Engine • Make telephone calls to prospects • Set up Appointments with prospective clients • Initiate Email campaigns • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM. • Maintain timely Follow-up’s with prospective clients • Maintain professional relationship with existing clients to cross sell and keep the clients updated • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved • Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis • Attend campaign briefings • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our clients services and the objectives of specific campaigns • Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
