TeleSales Agent - Healthcare

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to promote healthcare services. • Understand patient needs, present tailored solutions, and address queries or objections effectively. • Achieve monthly sales targets through lead conversion, follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling. • Build and maintain strong patient relationships through effective communication and service. • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and sales activities using CRM/EMR systems such as Zoho. • Support marketing campaigns, gather patient feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve sales performance. • Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards. • Mandatory experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry. • Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales. • Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads. • Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills. • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho and EMR systems is an advantage.
