Technician cum Driver

**AC Technician** Hyperclean Technical Services is hiring experienced AC Technicians for service, repair, and maintenance works across residential, commercial, and hospitality sites in the UAE. **Scope of Work** * Service, repair, and maintain split, ducted, package, and chilled water systems * Carry out preventive maintenance — coil cleaning, filter replacement, drain line clearing, and performance checks * Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical faults, including compressor, thermostat, and control issues * Handle gas charging, leak detection, brazing, and pipework * Carry out AC duct insulation and replacement works * Install new units and complete commissioning checks * Record job details, readings, and material usage; report site findings to the supervisor **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years' UAE experience in AC service and repair * Trade certificate or diploma in HVAC/Refrigeration (preferred) * Competent in fault diagnosis, refrigerant handling, and basic electrical work * Valid UAE driving licence — mandatory * Able to attend call\-outs and work independently on site **Terms** * Employment visa and medical insurance provided * Salary commensurate with experience * Candidates on cancelled visa / immediately available preferred Pay: AED2,000\.00 \- AED2,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
