We are seeking an experienced **Technical Support Lead** to oversee daily support operations, mentor the helpdesk team, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Key Responsibilities * **Team leadership:** Supervise and guide technical support staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance. * **Issue resolution:** Oversee troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network problems. * **Client communication:** Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely updates. * **System monitoring:** Ensure IT systems and networks operate efficiently with minimal downtime. * **Training \& development:** Provide ongoing training and guidance to team members. * **Reporting:** Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. * 4–6 years of IT support experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting practices. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are an advantage.
