We are dedicated to serving the local and foreign export markets with high\-quality wheat flour and related products, maintaining the highest standards of production for over 50 years. **Work Location** * **Physical Address:** 6J35\+9XM, Avenue 40, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. **Position Summary**The Technical Services Manager plays a critical strategic role in leading and overseeing technical operations to ensure organizational objectives are met. This role bridges technical expertise with operational readiness, driving process standardization, maintenance excellence, and continuous improvement across the milling facility. The successful candidate will lead technical teams, manage specialized engineering projects, and ensure all milling machinery operates at peak performance. **Key Responsibilities** * **Operational Leadership:** Plan and delegate technical tasks, manage resource allocation, and perform rigorous performance evaluations of technical staff. * **Maintenance \& Asset Management:** Oversee complex maintenance schedules, manage inventory for spare parts, and ensure long\-term asset health through systematic preventive maintenance. * **Energy Optimization:** Execute energy\-saving assessments to optimize power usage, a critical factor in high\-intensity flour milling. * **Process Engineering:** Develop clear technology assessments and recommended solutions that reflect industry best\-in\-class practices for flour manufacturing. * **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Bridge Research \& Development with manufacturing operations to ensure successful product innovations and process improvements. * **Compliance \& Safety:** Maintain total alignment with food safety standards, operational readiness, and local industrial regulations. **Candidate Requirements** * **Age Requirement:** Must be at least **23 years old**. * **Residency:** Must be a **current resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain**. * **Legal Authorization:** Must be **legally authorized to work in Bahrain** (valid CPR and active work rights). * **Experience:** Significant managerial experience in a technical role, preferably within flour milling, high\-volume food production, or a similar capital\-intensive manufacturing industry. * **Skills:** Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation, computer savvy (Microsoft Office Suite and SAP preferred), and strong public speaking abilities for internal presentations. * **Leadership Traits:** Demonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse technical groups and lead in a self\-directed environment. **Working Arrangements \& Benefits** * **Work Setup:** This is a full\-time, on\-site position at our Manama headquarters. * **Compensation:** Pay is competitive and determined based on the specific responsibilities of the role and the selected candidate's level of experience. * **Application Transparency:** We are committed to a non\-discriminatory hiring process regardless of race, gender, or orientation.
