Position: Technical Services Manager Location: Manama, Bahrain Company: Fahdan Business Solutions Salary: BHD 900–1,300 per month **Working Hours** Full\-time, Permanent **Short Professional Job Description** Manage daily technical service operations and lead technical teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and high\-quality service delivery. Coordinate with clients and internal departments, monitor project progress, and implement operational improvements. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and oversee daily technical service operations * Lead, supervise, and support the technical services team * Ensure service quality and operational efficiency * Coordinate with clients to understand technical requirements * Develop and improve technical service procedures * Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion * Prepare technical reports and performance updates * Provide technical guidance and support to team members * Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution * Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Technical Management, or a related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in technical services, operations, or project management * Previous leadership or supervisory experience * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills * Excellent problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage Pay: BD900\.000 \- BD1,300\.000 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Manama
