We are looking for a Civil Maintenance / FM Project Engineer with strong experience in building maintenance, technical services, and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site inspections and prepare technical inspection reports.
• Supervise bathroom waterproofing, tiling, plumbing rectification and renovation works.
• Manage civil maintenance, painting, gypsum, partitions and fit-out works.
• Prepare BOQs, quotations, material requirements and work proposals.
• Coordinate with facility management teams and clients.
• Prepare progress reports, work schedules, method statements and risk assessments.
• Manage daily manpower allocation and supervise multiple sites.
• Follow up on project approvals, work permits and handovers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant UAE experience, preferably in Dubai.
• Previous experience with an FM or technical services contractor.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple projects.

Candidate Profile – Technical Services Project Engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of UAE experience in technical services, facility maintenance, fit-out, and MEP works.
• Experience coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and FM clients.
• Knowledge of waterproofing, civil maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, and renovation works.
• Ability to prepare inspection reports, quotations, work schedules, progress reports, and technical documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid UAE driving licence mandatory.
• Able to work independently under pressure.
• Immediate availability preferred.
