**Job Title: Technical \& Product Performance Specialist (Tires)** **Department:** Technical Support / Quality Assurance **Location:** Kuwait **Reports to:** Technical Manager / Head of Product **Role Summary** The Technical \& Product Performance Specialist bridges the gap between the Company, Tire manufacturers, and the end\-user. You will be responsible for evaluating tire performance conducting technical inspections for warranty claims, and providing expert product training to sales teams and fleet customers. **Key Responsibilities** * **Warranty \& Claim Management:** Inspect failed tires to determine the root cause of damage (e.g., manufacturing defects, impact breaks, incorrect inflation, or improper fitment) and prepare detailed technical reports. * **Product Performance Analysis:** Monitor and analyze tire wear rates, fuel efficiency, and overall performance under extreme \& varied driving conditions in country. * **Technical Support \& Training:** Provide in\-depth product knowledge, technical specifications, and application guidelines to the sales team and major B2B fleet clients. * **Manufacturer Liaison:** Act as the primary technical point of contact with global tire manufacturing partners to escalate complex warranty issues and validate performance data. * **Quality Control:** Assist the logistics and warehousing teams in ensuring proper storage conditions (temperature control, stacking limits) and handling of tires. * **Competitor Product Analysis :** To study competitor product line up, new OEM size range \& present periodical report to Management. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or a related technical discipline. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands\-on experience in the tire industry, ideally with a major distributor, trading firm, or tire manufacturer. * **Technical Knowledge:** Deep understanding of tire construction, tread patterns, compound chemistry, and wheel alignment/balancing principles. * **Language:** Fluency in **English** (written and spoken) is strictly required. Arabic is a strong advantage. Pay: KD350\.000 \- KD400\.000 per month Work Location: In person
