Technical Procurement Engineer - IAQ & Environmental Systems

Develop technical specifications, scopes of work, and procurement documents for IAQ and environmental systems. Review engineering drawings, technical datasheets, product catalogs, test reports, and manufacturer documentation. Evaluate supplier technical proposals and verify compliance with project specifications and applicable standards. Prepare technical bid evaluation reports and provide recommendations for supplier selection. Ensure procured equipment complies with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations. Manage procurement activities from technical evaluation through delivery, installation, and warranty support. Maintain technical documentation, procurement records, equipment specifications, and asset information. Bachelor s degree in environmental engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum experience in technical procurement, engineering, HVAC, indoor air quality, environmental systems, or related technical fields. Experience with public-sector procurement, EPC projects, or facility management is an advantage.
