Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager with 10+ years of Product Management / Technical Product Management experience within complex enterprise digital transformation programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience owning customer-facing digital products , managing the complete product lifecycle, and working closely with Business, Engineering, Architecture, QA, UX and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
• wn the end-to-end product lifecycle , from discovery and requirements through implementation, launch and continuous improvement.
• Translate business and customer requirements into features, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria .
• Own and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value, customer impact, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines.
• Define functional requirements, non-functional requirements and business rules .
• Define and manage MVP scope and subsequent product increments.
• Work closely with Solution Architects and Engineering Leads to understand technical dependencies, constraints and solution trade-offs.
• Manage products involving multiple upstream/downstream systems and complex integrations .
• Coordinate UAT, business readiness, product acceptance, go-live and hypercare .
• Define and track product KPIs covering customer experience, adoption, conversion, operational efficiency and service reliability.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and third-party technology/vendors.
