Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Product Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals. • Market Research: Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities. • Feature Definition: Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements. • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to provide updates on product progress and gather feedback. • Launch Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. • Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance through key metrics and user feedback, and identify areas for improvement. • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve product-related challenges and ensure alignment with overall project timelines. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for product features, roadmaps, and processes. Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Technical Skills: • Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile and Scrum methodologies. • Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Aha!, or similar. • Basic knowledge of software technologies and APIs is a plus. Experience: • 3 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the software or technology industry. • Proven experience in defining and launching successful software products.
