Technical Manager – MEP Mechanical

Job purpose: Lead mechanical MEP engineering and execution, ensuring systems are designed, coordinated, installed, tested and commissioned in accordance with approved project requirements. Key responsibilities • Lead mechanical MEP engineering, site execution and technical teams. • Oversee HVAC, ventilation, chilled-water, plumbing and associated mechanical systems as applicable to the project. • Review design drawings, shop drawings, material submittals and technical specifications. • Manage design coordination, clash resolution and value engineering. • Coordinate with electrical, civil, structural, consultant and subcontractor teams. • Monitor technical submissions, approvals, testing, commissioning and handover. • Resolve complex engineering issues and support project planning and resource management. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. • 15–20+ years of mechanical MEP experience, including technical management responsibilities. • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, building services and MEP coordination. • Proven UAE/GCC project experience. • Strong leadership, troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
