Technical Manager

• Provide technical oversight across construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and effective execution. • Review drawings, specifications, designs, and construction methodologies. • Identify and resolve technical challenges, design conflicts, and construction issues. • Navigate UAE building regulations, authority approvals, permits, NOCs, and utility requirements. • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities to expedite solutions. • Assess technical proposals, variations, and value engineering opportunities. • Monitor construction progress, workmanship, and contractor compliance. • Identify project risks, recommend corrective actions, and provide concise reporting to management. • Support project completion, inspections, certifications, and handover. • Minimum 10 years' relevant industry experience, preferably in the UAE. • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline. • Strong multidisciplinary construction knowledge, particularly residential and building developments. • Practical experience with UAE building regulations, authority procedures, and approval processes. • Previous experience with a developer, engineering consultancy, PMC, or main contractor. • Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical and construction issues. • Strong communication, coordination, and contractor management skills.
